    Description

    About the role:

    Duties:

    • Prepare and manage development feasibilities, budgets, cashflows and programme
    • Drive strong engagement with key stakeholders to ensure support for the Project Vision and agreed outcomes
    • Cultivate and sustain strategic external partnerships
    • Drive the growth and reputation of the company brand
    • Guide the complete development journey from acquisition to successful delivery

    The skills and experience required for this role:

    • Knowledge and expertise in built-form property development
    • Minimum 5+ years project development and delivery experience
    • Exceptional communication, adept at building strong relationships and possessing a solid industry network
    • Financial acumen, proven experience in creating and updating feasibility studies
    • Demonstrate successful track record as a Development Manager, adept at managing multiple projects at different stages
