Your next career opportunity is with Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS).

Veolia is currently recruiting for an experienced Account Service Rep / Water Treatment Operator with the primary responsibility for services and operations for Central Coast

and Newcastle based customers and other industrial and mining customers throughout NSW.


Responsibilities:

Operating and servicing a water treatment plant (i.e. Reverse Osmosis (RO)) including online remote monitoring and support.

Complete and distribute on site report and log sheets

Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration on water treatment plant

Troubleshoot, repair/organise repairs for pumps, pipework, instruments, control panels, chemical dosing and storage equipment. Mechanical skills are a necessity.

Maintain critical spare parts inventory on sites

Remain on call-out duty when required as prescribed

Conduct chemical inventory management including the filling of chemical tanks. Forklift licence desirable.

Complete routine water chemistry analysis at a number of sites.

Support projects in remote locations as required

The ASR plays an integral role within the water business supporting our customers in monitoring and assessing plant operational parameters,

provision of support & feedback to the the customers operational teams, troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance on VEOLIA equipment,

chemical dosing equipment and instrumentation, maintaining chemical inventories, ordering chemicals and reagents, maintaining service reports/logs,

preparing quotes, as well as providing operations technical support.

Working with our Senior Account & Area Managers to deliver contractual requirements at customer sites

Creating, documenting, reporting, and recognising value delivery to our customers

Developing skills and technical knowledge which will allow you to grow into the site Account Manager, taking responsibility for delivery of contractual requirements and delivering service excellence


Qualifications/Requirements
Tertiary water operations, mechanical, chemical qualification or trade

5+ years water treatment operations experience

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Strong hands on experience and analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Customer Focused - Ability to build long term strong relationships.

Commercially awareness
