The position

  • Overall this role will be responsible for managing consultants and contracts, engaging and influencing stakeholders and delivering a project on time, on budget and of high quality._
  • Management of the full property development lifecycle from acquisitions through delivery (true development position)
  • Planning and delivery of the development strategy
  • Negotiation and documentation of key site acquisition agreements, and precommitments
  • Effectively lead and direct the work of the development team, consultants and other resources, ensuring appropriate project governance and risk management, adherence to agreed timeframe, budget and quality parameters and the timely review of projects
  • Manage the appointment of the project teams
  • Work closely with the already appointed architecture team to ensure the project meets key criteria set by the company
  • Manage strategic relationships, community engagement, consultation and significant negotiations with various levels of government, community representatives and development partners to gain general community acceptance of development and ensure successful project delivery and outcomes

About you

  • Estate Master or similar feasibility analysis
  • Experience in risk management
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to gain stakeholder support at all levels.
