This client is a leading Australian Consumer Brand who is at the forefront of digital technology.

They are undergoing an overhaul and uplift on their Digital product offering and their data teams, and are now looking for a high-powered Digital Product Manager in the Customer Data landscape to join their team.

This role is responsible for leveraging their data to develop personalized omni-channel experiences that have respect for customer privacy at its core.


Responsibilities:


  • Championing the use of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Prioritize Security of online and customer data platform utilizing their CDP.
  • Leading product discovery, creating a product vision, and contributing to the overall product roadmap that delivers organizationwide goals and objectives in the relevant domains.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including IT, marketing, and data analytics.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of customer data into product development processes, driving innovation, and maintaining data compliance standards.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong experience in a Product Manager role in the Customer Data CDP, privacy, and data governance space.
  • Experience with Data consent and understanding different data practices in different regions and multibrands.
  • Experience working with and in agile teams.
  • Understanding and experience in developing product roadmaps that are informed by customer insights and analytics.
  • Wellversed with product life cycle, SDLC, MVP, and iterative development.
  • Passion for improving efficiencies, processes, and delivering delightful customer experiences.
  • Exceptional planning, communication, presentation, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent customer research, market analysis, and analytical and problemsolving skills with an ability to tell a concise story leveraging qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Highly analytical, ability to capture and use data and insights to drive decisionmaking.
