This is a role for a smart and motivated EA who likes to understand the big picture and thinks ahead to anticipate the needs of the CTO's office, Technology Directors, and the wider business.

Highly proactive and confident, you will have a strong ability to read the play, anticipate needs and follow through with a high degree of accuracy.


Working closely with the EA to the CTO, Data and Digital and the Technology Directors, you'll be part of the Technology, Data & Digital (TDD) group who are at the forefront of digital & technology innovation for News Corp Australia, the #1 destination for news, lifestyle, sport, and business content with the largest online audience across the country.


What's the role?

  • Primary role of providing proactive executive support to the office of the CTO and the Technology Directors including; Diary management, scheduling meetings and events and adhoc project management
  • Produce relevant reports, correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage and coordinate travel
  • Support with invoice processing, corporate card reconciliation
  • Support with Human Resource requirements
  • Organising internal events and supporting internal communications
  • Adhoc office management duties

Who are you?

  • Solid experience providing support for senior & executive management level
  • Authentic, proactive and engaging approach with a strong commitment to action and willingness to rollup your sleeves, be resourceful and get the job done.
  • Highly skilled in building strong effective internal and external relationships.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing demands while maintaining complete confidentiality and reliability.
  • Agile and thrive in a complex and evolving business with ongoing change.
  • Experienced in planning, organising and problemsolving, completing multiple deadlinedriven projects efficiently and on time.
  • A developed business acumen with proven experience in financial processes and budget management.
  • Drive effective communication with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, external clients and business partners in an efficient and professional manner.
