We are looking for a retail managers to join this amazing locations at Melbourne Central. They are passionate and committed to holding onto Australia leading men's specialist title. They cater to all needs including signature and well-tailored suiting from formal to casual.

The position
With their proven success they are now on the lookout for a Store Manager in Melbourne Central.

In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for all daily operations of the store mainly including, financials, kpis, coaching, stock management and VIP listings.

You will come from a menswear or strong fashion background and be highly passionate and dedicated to the industry.

Stepping into this role you will see yourself coaching other sales consultants to success while building your strong and promising career within an Australian leading and premium retailer.

A strict background of structured senior management and proven history of driving sales and reaching goals will be your number one bragging moment of your career.

Skills and experiences

Previous Retail Management within fashion, ideally menswear and or Luxury
Passion and love for premium suiting
Success of managing larger teams to structured kpis and budgets
The ability to problem solve, drive your store in the right business direction
Great knowledge on market fashion trends
Wellpresented presentation
Stock management, rosters and coaching
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to build client listings and form forever relationships
Consultative selling approach
