The role

Manage customer rentals, inventory management and day to day operations
Bring ideas and pick killer winning ideas for instore and external events, promotions and initiatives that support the growth of the brand
Compliance checks on procedures and expectations within all levels of the business
Add smiles to every mile as you foster, train and develop your team to achieve their fullest potential and meet targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing exceptional products and services
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
