A Scrum Master is needed for a large transformation program to work on a financial crimes uplift project in an agile environment.

The main objective of this role is to facilitate the implementation of a new payments system.

You will be embedded within a project delivery team, leading by example to take them on the Agile journey and you will be essential to the team's success.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

Facilitate the mature implementation of the Scrum process
Observe and coach at all standard ceremonies
Educate and mentor teams
Establish coaching feedback loops

Skills & Experience

Experience managing concurrent streams of work, across multiple projects (more than 3 at a time).
Have the ability to demonstrate where you have led the business to implement an Agile environment and worked as the Scrum Master
Experience working as the Scrum Master in end to end management of large complex programmes/projects.
Knowledge of SAFe, and experience providing SAFe training
Qualified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification / Certified Scrum Master / Professional Scrum Master Level 1
