This iconic Australian organisation is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join their team on a contract basis.

The Change Analyst will join an established team working under a Senior Change Manager and be the interface between the business and legal to facilitate an uplift in the Regulatory and Compliance initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This is a multi-year program that aims to improve culture, and prioritise ethical behavior and compliance over profit for members, employees and employers.

Skills & Experience

Change Scope Definition and Management
Experience producing change artifacts; impact/ readiness assessments, briefing packs, FAQs, training materials etc.
Change Delivery analysis
Change Governance
Change related Risk Management / Reporting
Experience in a project environment delivering change
Financial Crime experience desired but not mandatory
Experience on complex programs at a large financial services organisaton
