Introduction
My client is an established Commercial Builder in Victoria that specialises in the Industrial & Mixed Commercial sector. They have been operating for 20+ years and due to growth, they are now looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the team

Day to Day

Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects of their construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will be responsible for coordinating and leading teams of professionals, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and construction workers, to execute complex industrial projects ranging from $10m - $50m

About You

15+ Years industry experience
5+ Years in a Senior Project Management or similar role
