This is all generated through an "end to end" process starting from feasibility of site, potential land options through to the final sale.

What do you do?

Manage a current database

  • Understand the investors requirements
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Build rapport with current clients and your network
  • List the sites and market them accordingly

What do you need?

  • Sales experience in residential property or commercial property transactions
  • Working with high net worth clients through the process of buyer advocacy or wealth advisory specific to residential or commercial property
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to negotiate commercial outcomes
  • Passion for residential sales and development
  • Ability to manage, maintain and build client relationships
