Hiring Criteria_**We're interested in people with diverse experience, from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about building a career with DuluxGroup.

This means we're looking for people who have:

Completed a degree within the last two years (or due to complete before Feb 2024).
Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Manufacturing.
An interest in stepping into an accelerated leadership program.
A focus on their career and the future, with a passion for gaining diverse work experience.
A drive to understand the "why" and "how".
