About the role


We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven Finance Analyst to join the team at Dulux - Powders, Industrial and Automotive.


Working closely with the Finance Manager you will be involved in helping drive the growth agenda of Powders, Industrial and Automotive by providing financial support to key stakeholders and helping the group make sound business decisions.

You will be responsible for the financial integrity of all results and the management reporting within the business.

Responsibilities:


  • Actively involved in leading, driving and supporting the business strategy
  • Ensure the evaluation of commercial issues
  • Key contributor to budget, forecasting and strategy planning
  • Drive improvements in business profitability, working capital and cash flow
- team member on key financial projects including NPD


Skills and experience:


  • Business/Finance degree/CA or CPA qualified
  • Prior experience in Management Accounting and analysis
  • Sound experience in Power BI and/or TM1, SAP, BW
  • Prior work experience in Manufacturing would be well regarded
  • Microsoft Office experience strongly preferred
  • Expert in MS Excel,
  • Financial modelling and reporting experience
