We manage all of Google's offline media for both hardware and software products and now have an opportunity for someone to come and manage all content/partnership related work, focusing purely on this one account.

With products like Google Home and Pixel having launched in Australia, there are lots of interesting projects to sink your teeth into.


Scope: 100% time spent on Google (client facing)


Reporting to:
Reporting directly into Business Director with oversight from wider agency Content team


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading project management activities across a broad range of projects and disciplines
  • Planning of integrated communications plan either working directly from client briefs or to bring PHD Contentdeveloped strategies to life. This will include creative development, budgeting, defining of roles and activities and negotiating partners.
  • Share information appropriately. Ensure agency team and client are uptodate on work in progress, schedules, cost estimates, market information, etc.
  • Contribute to idea development and drive implementation from conception to completion. This process is almost never linear. This will also include participating in formal and informal brainstorm sessions.
  • Organise and manage all aspects of implementation, including timelines, budgets, briefing process and accuracy of final materials. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Obtain/keep track of approvals, including internal, client and legals.
  • Lead and / or attend key media and client meetings and ensure accurate contact reports are issued within 24 hours.
  • Organise and lead WIP meetings and ensure that WIP documents are uptodate and suitably distributed. Understand exactly where each project is at any given point in time.
  • Proactively suggest opportunities to improve process
Required Experience

  • 23+ years' relevant industry experience
  • Experience in the content division within an agency or broadcast highly regarded
  • Incredible attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Media/production background appreciated
  • Require a deep understanding of branded content and content marketing.
