The role & the team:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our successful team on a 6-month full-time contract. This role will concentrate on identifying, attracting and communicating with the very best talent across Engineering.

The team goal and mission is to successfully hire across the Engineering side of the business.

Attracting & retaining the very best talent.

We are advisors to the various hiring managers and senior leadership team, offering our expertise on what is happening in the market, org design, DE&I and EVP.


  • This is a fullcycle recruitment role, so you will be managing the process from end to end, which will include understanding the job brief, advertising the position, sourcing and attracting talent, screening, setting up interviews and managing the negotiation stage of the offer.
  • Be consistent with your sourcing/talent attraction habits, ensuring your pipeline is always full of exceptional talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to be sure the right calibre of talent is being found for their teams, managing expectations and offering your expertise when required.
  • Promote & be a continuous ambassador of the People & Culture team and wider business via various social channels
  • Play an integral part of the People & Culture team and continuously look at ways in which we can raise the bar.

For this role you will need to have:

  • Experience from either an Inhouse or Agency recruitment background, ideally having had success hiring across functions & positions of all levels.
  • A positive attitude to your work, understanding that recruitment can be a rollercoaster some days.
  • Have experience navigating your way around an ATS system, ideally Lever, but this is not essential.
