C&K Mooloolaba Childcare Centre is a unique centre that caters for children from 6 weeks to five years, across 5 learning spaces. When joining our Centre, you will contribute to a team that values open communication and sees children as competent and capable learners. C&K Mooloolaba has large natural play spaces including trees, scrubs, 2 large sandpits, decks, a vegetable garden with a water tank, a bush tucker garden, swings and a fort. We value the importance of playing in and learning from natural environments and encourage the native wildlife with bird feeders and have 2 chickens, Henny Penny and Milly, as well as our own stingless native beehive in the vegetable garden.

Join our Mooloolaba team as an
Educator and embark on a journey towards shaping the minds of our future generation This is a
permanent full-time role, 40 hours per week with a
rostered day off per month, which will allow you to strike a balance between work and personal life.

With
rotating rosters between the hours of 6.30 am - 6 pm, you will have the flexibility to fit work around your schedule.

As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for implementing a top-notch care and education program in collaboration with the group leader.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards

Educators: Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood:


  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
  • Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one.
If you are studying or hold a bachelor's in education, you will also be eligible for our Educator roles.

  • All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID19 as a condition of employment._
