Commercial Officer at ARIS - ZINC GROUP

2 positions- 1 replacement
Onsite- Based in Canberra, ACT
Must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 security clearance
One role is a replacement role for 2 months, with an ASAP start
Cannot be remote

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, Contract Management and/or Procurement
More than 8 years' experience in Commercial Management or Contract Management
A current security clearance (minimum NV1)
Experience authoring and reviewing complex strategic procurement and contracting documentation using the ASDEFCON suite
Comprehensive understanding of Australian Government procurement processes and procedures
Very strong written and oral communication skills

Highly Desirable Experience and Qualifications:

Experience working in a Defence CASG project environment
Comprehensive understanding of Defence processes and structure
Comprehensive understanding of the One Defence Capability System
Experience with procurement in a technical ICT/communications system context
Experience with Foreign Military Sales procurement processes
