Detailed Job Description:

- $45 per hour + Superannuation

Work in a small team within the HR & contracts division for this retail giant
4:1 hybrid role working in a fastmoving team for this 6month temp contract

This team is a team of four and together they successfully onboard all new contractors and manage timesheets and invoices for each division.

What is unique about you?:

A snapshot of your role:

End to end management of the onboarding process for new contractors including IT set up and equipment distribution, security, and message board access in tandem with the service desk
Oversee the collation, review and system upload of timesheets and correspond with contractors for any errors or missing information
Raise purchase orders and invoices via SAP, working with the finance department for any troubleshooting
Build ongoing rapport with contractors and ensuring relevant information is updated on the CRM
Assist with other onboarding or financial service requests within the team
