With a depth of experience in multiple Executive Assistant positions, you can quickly ascertain the needs of your directors, their working styles, and priorities.

Clients are the focus of this business and in this role, you will be liaising with renowned clients and a wide range of high-net-worth individuals.

As a result, your communication skills will need to be flawless and the upmost levels of discretion and confidentially maintained.

Working in collaboration with the Managing Partner, this role is highly visible, and you will be representing the business across all correspondence and client facing meetings.

The pace of day-to-day business operations is exceptionally high and requires you to employ your forward thinking and proactive organisational skills to keep ahead.


A snapshot of your role:


  • Oversee your Partner's complex diary, including a high volume of client and stakeholder meetings in Australia and overseas
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the Managing Partner and prepare itineraries for transport, accommodation and entertainment requests
  • Attend various client meetings with the Managing Partner, coordinating agendas, taking minutes and ensuring follow up actions are tracked and delivered
  • Manage the company's expenses, prepare financial reports and oversee the smooth running of the Sydney office, liaising with facilities management and ensuring stock supplies
  • Prepare client and board presentation packs using Word and PowerPoint and manage the onboarding of new clients into the company's database
