Description
Short to long term contract

  • Flexible hourly rates
  • Immediate Starts
Seeking experienced Accounts Officers in the construction industry based across Sydney CBD on a contract basis.

  • End to end accounts payable / accounts receivable tasks
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Processing of expenses & related journal entries, profit and losses
  • Overlooking and processing payroll
  • Preparing New Supplier Forms
  • Assisting with other administration duties as required

About you:


  • Have worked at least 1 year in a similar role in the deisgn and construction industry is a MUST
  • Proven experience in working as an accounts and/or payroll officer
  • Fast learner prior experience with accounting software and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team
