Design & Build Recruitment are searching for a Colour Consultant to work in residential construction for one of our top clients.

As a colour consultant, you will be an integral part of the design and construction process.

Your role will involve collaborating with architects, designers, and project managers to select colours that enhance overall appeal of the construction projects.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and present customized color palettes that complement the project's objectives, considering factors like lighting, materials, and ambience.
Collaborate with project teams to understand the architectural design, purpose, and goals of construction projects.
Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase, ensuring the chosen color palette is accurately executed.
Create visual representations and mockups of color schemes to assist stakeholders in making informed decisions.

Key requirements:

Proven experience as a Color Consultant, preferably within the construction or architecture industry.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and how colors impact spatial perception.
Proficiency in color theory, trends, and the psychology of color.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
