    Description

    Henderson Corporate Office OR Kemerton WA

    Civmec have been awarded the Construction Contract for the Civil and Concrete works for Phase 2 of the Kemerton Expansion Project (KEP) consisting of Trains 3 and 4 and expanding the reagent and utility infrastructure to essentially double the existing plant's production capacity. The project is located approximately 17 kilometres North-East of Bunbury, Western Australia. This is a great opportunity to join our Civil Team working on a newly awarded project located in Kemerton, Western Australia.

    Available immediately

    • EITHER, based in our Corporate facility - Henderson WA, OR, work locally in Bunbury South West WA
    • Expected project completion
    • Opportunity to be a part of Civmec's largest Civil, SMP, and Electrical Construction Project
    • Career progression opportunities following successful project completion.
    • Expected project completion Mid 2024
    • Kemerton based project Monday to Friday
    • Opportunity to be a part of Civmec's growing construction team

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Conduct project control reporting
    • Review and consolidate project data
    • Use your exoertise in monitoring cost curves, expenditures and project commitments
    • Conduct cost forecasting
    • Confirm and reconcile third party invoices and claims;
    • Assist with the analysis and challenge of package assembly estimates
    • Review and adjust project control guidelines, procedures and flowcharts

    About You

    Essential

    • Tertiary Qualification in Commerce, Accounting or similar field
    • Sound MS Excel skills
    • Ability to work autonomously in a high pressure environment
    • Practical knowledge & experience of cost control
    • Demonstrated experience in Cost Control within the civil construction industry
