What role will you play


As an Executive Assistant you will support the Head of Financial Institutions Group, ANZ, along with the broader Executive team, managing diaries and inboxes, arranging travel and coordinating expenses.

You will liaise with stakeholders to arrange meetings and events and determine priority of matters of attention for the Head of Financial Institutions Group, ANZ while maintaining privilege and confidentiality.


You will collaborate with other executives and assistants across multiple time zones and keep the team advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.


What you offer

  • 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Experience managing diaries, arranging travel, organizing meetings and coordinating events
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and have a proactive approach with an eye for detail
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite
