Our large NSW State Government client serves the community by leading the provision of world-class education and training, connecting all stages from early childhood to tertiary courses and qualifications.


About the Role

They are currently seeking a highly professional Concierge Services Officer/Corporate Receptionist to join their high volume, fast paced team in Sydney CBD.

This is an estimated 12-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of business, administrative and guest services support to the team to achieve organisational objectives

Your duties will include, however, will not be limited to the following:

  • Act as the face of the organisation, delivering professional frontline customer service
  • Greet, sign in and assist guests, visitors and staff entering/leaving the premises
  • Answering enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Inbox management
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms including arranging catering, equipment, and overall presentation
  • Provide secretariat support including correspondence, agenda's, briefs, minutes, presentation material and reports
  • Draft and prepare communication material for staff including staff updates
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
  • Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Provide general administration and logístical support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

About You
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following

  • Demonstrated Corporate Receptionist, Concierge, Personal Assistant or an equivalent experience
  • Professional and immaculate presentation
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS office suite and TRIM
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
  • Valid Working with children's check (WWCC) & willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
