    We are looking for aSoftware Project Managerwith maximum 7 years of experience for one of our Singaporean clients with a strong background in software design, development, support, maintenance, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing end-to-end IT projects and leading cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, identifying project milestones, tasks, and required resources.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
    • Monitor and control project risks, scope creep, and potential blockers.
    • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring deliverables arrive on time and meet specified requirements.
    • Regularly report on project status to both team members and senior management.
    • Ensure adherence to the company's best practices, standards, and project management methodologies.
    • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring open communication.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process and procedure enhancements.
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, specifically overseeing software design, development, support, maintenance, and enhancement projects.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Acquiring the knowledge and expertise of technical risk management and mitigation
    • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

    Employment Status:

    • Full-time

    Experience Requirements:

    • 3-7 years

    Details:

    • Work hour: 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM (SGT)
    • Weekdays: Monday to Friday
    • Needed ASAP
