About you and your skills

You will be an experienced test manager/lead who will be able to set up the framework and someone who has hands on experience.

You will also have strong experience in managing a team.
You will be experience in automation testing as well.
Your skills

Minimum of 8 years test experience with a mix of Agile methodology and testing processes
Demonstrated experience with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid etc.)
Experience with test automation and building frameworks
Ability to communicate and drive improvement initiatives
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Proven experience in testing for critical systems
Proven experience in using confluence/Jira/Xray (Desirable)
Preferable to have retail ecommerce experience
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced commercial environment and task switching when required
Proactive team player
Preferable to have ISTQB test certification
