A bit about the role...
The purpose of an Organisational Development Manager is responsible for developing the Groups's organisational development strategy and operations. They lead the delivery and development of The BUSY Groups Employee Experience activities. This role works with key stakeholders to design learning and development opportunities that meet organisational needs and strives to build organisational capacity and capabilities in line with the Group's strategic goals.
While day-to-day duties may vary depending on the specific needs of a business, the role may coordinate employee training and develop, cultural improvement programs, facilitate team-building activities, introduce new technology systems, and work closely with company leaders and stakeholders to align the organisation's goals with its operations. The position plays a key role in assisting the integration of business planning and strategy, cost effective planning and regular performance planning and review.
This position is permanent full time based from our Southport Head Office.
