Outbound Sales Manager at PWAH, a leading organisation in the automotive sector.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our outbound sales team, drive performance, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.


Position Overview:

As an
Outbound Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a high-performing outbound sales team.

Your primary focus will be on driving performance through data analysis, team coaching, quality assurance, recruitment, and performance management to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyse sales reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive performance.
  • Provide effective coaching and mentoring to the outbound sales team to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular team quality assurance assessments to ensure adherence to established standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the recruitment process for the outbound sales team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Implement performance management strategies to recognise and reward top performers while providing support and guidance to those who require improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and motivated team culture to ensure a high level of engagement and commitment.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in outbound sales management within a call centre environment (must have contact centre experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales reports and metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience in quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives and build a highperforming team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • A passion for coaching
