Working in the Business Development Centre, you will form part of a shared service style structure and your training reach will be felt across all of the Frizelle Sunshine Automotive Group, with either a Contact Centre, Customer Service, Sales or Service Specialty.


You will play a meaningful role in the induction & up-skill and development of all of our people, with responsibilities across training facilitation, training coordination, quality assurance and project management.

As a fluid and dynamic department your day to day will seldom look the same and some responsibilities may include:

  • Training facilitation and coordination: Assist with the design, development and facilitation of training and coaching programs across Frizelle Sunshine Automotive including classroom-based training, virtual training, 1:1 coaching sessions and self-based learning programs
  • Project coordination: lead role in BAC program ensuring student engagement and participation through facilitation of coordination of study sessions, performing administration, compliance and reporting functions and internal and external stakeholder liaison
  • Quality assurance: Perform quality call management functions including scoring and assessment, coaching and reporting in line with the quality assurance framework. Provide input to continuous improvement and best practice initiatives
As a diverse role, we are interested in hearing from applicants with a variety of backgrounds, skills and experience. Ideally you will have previous experience within training facilitation and/or training coordination or a quality assurance style function.

We may also consider strong applicants with complementary skills and experience if they are able to demonstrate a passion for training and development.


Other requirements include:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management capabilities
  • Analytical mindset to assist with identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Excellent organisational ability with capacity to manage varying areas of responsibility
  • Certificate IV in training and assessment preferred, or a willingness to obtain required
