The Role

Some of your responsibilities in this diverse role will include:

  • Setting goals for both onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring they adhere to best practices.
  • Coaching, mentoring and delegating tasks to team members.
  • Performing code reviews for complex or important deliverables.
  • Continue improving and streamlining the internal processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Clearly communicate the delivery and resolution timeline to the respective stakeholders.
  • Interface with our internal/external customers to understand requirements, set priorities, and communicate direction and progress on software enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team to transition project deliverables into BAU process.
  • Ensure the deliverables are prioritized on the product roadmap set out by the Project Management Office.
  • Monitor and mitigate any delivery risks to ensure highquality and ontime delivery.
  • Work with key stakeholders, prospects, and customers to identify and prioritize product features and functionality.
  • Oversee all requests, incidents, and problems. Acting as a hierarchal point of escalation and coordinate response to critical issues raised.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers and the sales team.
  • Providing technical support to end users through communication, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide means of escalation of issues between departments and the BAU team.

About You

  • A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR
  • Tertiary qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree) in Information Technology or relevant job experience.
  • Solid software development background including design patterns and data structures.
  • Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fastpaced environment, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to achieve highlevel engagement.
  • Extensive experience in Reporting, Trend Analysis, and Problem and Change Management.
  • Experience working with and delivering on strict SLAs.
  • Exceptional critical thinking with sound problemsolving ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist nontechnical individuals with complex technical issues.
  • Ability to provide stepbystep technical assistance, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and planning.
  • Appreciation for standard/convention, and consistency.
