The Role

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to make a world of difference in their next role.

We're looking for someone who understands recruitment, wants to be involved in project work; wants to be part of a successful team and importantly, have fun while bringing exceptional talent into our roles with SBS and NITV.

The duties include and are not limited to:

Engaging with key leaders and stakeholders to define, design and implement Indigenous talent sourcing solutions
Supporting the ongoing development of the SBS and NITV Employer Value Propositions in market.
Coordinating and supporting the SBS Indigenous internship and cadetship programs
Coordinate our Career Trackers and guide them to greater opportunities
Developing an engaged and active Indigenous talent community
Executing on specialised employment programs and strategies
Represent SBS at Community Engagement events
Work with universities to engage with Indigenous talent and share opportunities

SBS has a decentralised recruitment model, at times you will be performing ened-to-end recruitment, however, there are a lot of talent projects you will get to work on

About you

You enjoy creating strong stakeholder relationships and working to deadlines
You are proactive, positive, and able to engage with everyone
Experience working within either an agency or internally and or you may have a mix of both
Exposure with talent projects; cadetship, work experience, EVP
Above all, you enjoy working in this space
