YOUR ROLE

Your role will work closely with the Executive General Manager (EGM), their extended Leadership Team, the Planning & Delivery Managers and engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimise your activities.

You will build strong working relationships with your peers within your division and across Technology & Operations, contributing to improvement initiatives, represent Tech Enablement and always look for more efficient ways to work.

ABOUT YOU

Hands on technical experience with SAP
Workforce planning and analytics
Performance culture and measurement
Diversity, technical and nontechnical learning curriculum (strategy, design and delivery)
Expert knowledge of Agile Frameworks (e.g Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe,LeSS)
Solid knowledge of continuous delivery practices and techniques.
