The Role
While part of the collections team you'll be responsible for resolving and developing positive outcome for clients.


This will be done by:
- responding and evaluating all relevant information during customer enquiries

  • Recommend options to resolve arrears
  • Contain the risk of potential debt
  • Compiling month end reports
  • Hold a high level of company compliance

Skills & Experience

  • Prior debt collection experience (
    Favourable)
  • Skills in Microsoft Office suite
  • A demonstrated customer focus
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good time management
  • Strong oral and communication skills
