The Role
Our client is looking for a new member to join their energetic and every-growing team through a part-time role to assist and add value to internal projects and businesses.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry of account information into Xero
- Maintenance of client contact lists in Xero and HubSpot
- Maintenance of client stages in HubSpot Pipeline
- Facilitation of new client correspondence from Xero and HubSpot
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- The coordination and issuing of purchase orders with staff, contractors, and suppliers
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Planning and organising of staff events
- Collection of post
- Coordination of meetings, functions and calendars
Skills and Experience
Successful applicants will have 1-2 years of experience within an administrative role and most of if not all the following qualities:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Very good communication skills
- Professional attitude and demeanour
- Practiced experience with Microsoft Office 36
- Ability to effectively maintain confidentiality and privacy through appropriate communication and record keeping
