Introduction:

This role involves delivering a variety of field services to HMPS and Propac customers including servicing, repairs, installations, commissioning, training, and equipment modifications.

Description:

As a Service Technician, you will:

Perform routine maintenance and scheduled repairs as per established schedules.
Attend breakdowns promptly, utilising problemsolving skills to implement effective solutions.
Undertake new equipment installations with precision and expertise.
Execute enhancements and updates to existing machinery to enhance functionality.
Communicate transparently and promptly with clients and internal teams.
Manage time effectively to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
Embrace travel opportunities, including local and potential interstate assignments.

Skills and Experiences:

This role requires:

A-Grade or Restricted Electrical Licence (or ability to obtain Licence).
Possess a Mechanical Trade qualification with a minimum of 35 years' experience after completing apprenticeship.
Previous experience as field service technician in the packaging industry with demonstrated proficiency in supporting highspeed production machinery is desirable.
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) is highly advantageous.
Customerfocused mindset, demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with selfmotivation and a resultsoriented work approach.
A valid current driver's license and willingness to travel both locally and interstate is essential for the role.
