As a Reward Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the national retail business.

With over 6,000 team members and growing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the remuneration and reward frameworks to enhance employee satisfaction and organisational success.

In this role, you'll have the chance to

Provide strategic advice to elevate our remuneration and reward programs

Lead annual remuneration and bonus activities

Analyse market trends to ensure competitiveness in compensation and benefits

Establish strategies to promote gender pay equity and foster an inclusive workplace

We're looking for someone who is

Curious and data-driven, with a knack for problem-solving

A self-starter with excellent project management skills

A skilled communicator who excels at building relationships

Passionate about driving change and transformation

Proficient in advanced Excel and familiar with pay methodology systems like Mercer

Experienced in large retail organizations (preferred)
