About the Role:
Our client is passionate about making a difference in people's lives post injury by supporting individuals to obtain sustainable return to work and life options.
An opportunity is now available for a suitably qualified Rehab Consultant, EP or Physio to join the team, in either a full time or part time capacity.
This role can be on an employee or contractor basis and will ideally cover the Brisbane and/or Gold Coast region.
This role will see you conducting assessments of the injured worker, recommending appropriate rehabilitation plans, conducting worksite visits and functionality assessments and implementing and managing these plans with a view to enabling them to return to work safely.
To be successful, you will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience in Occupational Rehabilitation to enable you to undertake work with Workcover QLD.

Duties:
- Work with insurers, injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to conduct injury management services and facilitate effective rehabilitation outcomes.
- Complete a variety of assessments with injured workers, to form and/or recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Undertake referrals from a variety of stakeholders, including WorkCover, Life Insurance etc
- Meet KPI expectations and timelines for conducting assessments and writing and submitting client reports.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Registration with APHRA, ESSA/ESA
- Minimum 12 months Occ Rehab experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- Have a passion for helping individuals return to work and achieve positive outcomes
- Have high level written and verbal communication skills
- Be a selfmotivated individual with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Have a current driver licence and access to their own vehicle
