About the Role

Our client is a specialist commercial catering equipment distributor who represents European industrial commercial cooking equipment to the foodservice industry throughout Australia.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a self-motivated, customer focused individual, who has an excellent telephone manner, who will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective businesses, obtaining correct contact information and updating and maintaining the client database.

Duties:


  • Make outbound calls to businesses from the current company database
  • Obtain correct contact information & ensure customer records are up to date
  • Maintain and update the internal database system
  • General administrative duties, as required

Skills and Experience:


  • Confident, friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to quicky build rapport over the phone
  • Previous experience making B2B outbound calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer knowledge with accurate data entry skills
  • Enthusiastic personality with a high drive to ensure quality customer service
