Description

Working in an agile environment, your will be accountable for:

Collaboration with the program test team to co-ordinate activities, identify and highlight risks and issues, provide estimates of work required and give regular updates during Daily stand-ups.
Lead the development of the Test Strategy with good understanding of the development life cycle and areas of testing and methods
Lead the development of highquality test documentation such as test plans, test summary reports, manual test cases and test reports.
Create, maintain and perform functional test cases
Ability to manage the Test Plan, test execution and cycles in QC ALM, or Microsoft Azure Devops or similar

As such you will have the following core skills and experiences:

Ability to manage the testing for multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders at any time
Experience with testing standards such as ISTQB/ISEB or IEEE.
Experience in both
waterfall and agile methodologies and ability to introduce testing best practices
Experience with QC ALM and Microsoft Azure Devops
Experience in devising test strategies
Experienced in full end to end testing, including technical back end, integration, and frontend testing
Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills and capable of leading & facilitating meetings and workshops
