About the Role:

Manage a modestly sized and local portfolioLiaising with Tenants & Landlords
Respond to all phone and email inquiries
Inspections & Entry & Exits
Completing all maintenance within a timely manner
Arrears management & attending VCAT when/if required

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 1 years experience managing a portfolio
Current Agents Rep
Driver's licence & reliable vehicle
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Professional personal presentation
Excellent communication skills
