Rare part time Property Manger role, work 4 days only + high salary

Operating for over 50 years and based in the Geelong area, this agency are searching for Property Manager with the knowledge and passion for great customer service to join their team.

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to get more work/life balance? We have a rare part time role that has become available to work 4 days per week.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
Managing Arrears
Monitoring maintenance
Attending VCAT if/when required

It is essential that you have...

A Victorian Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Driver's License & Own transport
Managed your own portfolio before end to end.
