We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a a boutique agency operating for over 20 years in the Geelong Area.

This is a team of high experienced and down to earth professionals, who rarely hire, due to their amazing workplace culture.

Valuing exceptional customer service and the time this takes to provide, they do not pressure of overload their team.

Keeping a respectful approach to the work a Property Manager with an organic growth and no pressure approach to building the rent roll.


The Role

  • Tiny portfolio just 75 properties a Property Manager's dream
  • End to end management
  • Modern software, organised and procedure driven office
  • No Trust Accounting
  • No weekends

Required to apply:


  • Minimum 2 years end to end portfolio management experience
  • Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
  • Own vehicle
  • Someone that take pride in their work and values customer service
  • A positive team player attitude
