    Description

    We are looking for RF Network Engineer to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform network optimization activities to enhance overall network performance and efficiency.
    • Conduct thorough performance checks to identify areas of improvement and develop appropriate strategies.
    • Proactively review daily degraded cells, swiftly diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize network downtime.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in executing parameter changes on Ericsson sites, specifically antenna tilts, to optimize network coverage and capacity.
    • Utilize your extensive Ericsson experience to efficiently navigate and leverage the network optimization tools and software.

    Key Experience / Requirement

    • Minimum 2 years of Radio Access Network (RAN) experience in the Mobile Telecommunications Industry
    • Strong ability to identify and rectify degraded cells, ensuring minimal disruption to network performance.
    • Proficiency in performing parameter changes on Ericsson sites, particularly with antenna tilts, to fine-tune network coverage.
    • Extensive experience with Drive Testing Tools (NEMO etc.), Post Processing Software (ActixOne), MapInfo, RF Planning Tools (Atoll), and OSS Platforms (M2000, PRS, NetAct, EMM, ENIQ).
