THE ROLE

The People and Culture (P&C) Advisor is the first point of contact for matters relating to P&C policies,procedures, agreements, employment conditions and entitlements, is responsible for providinggeneralist P&C advice, guidance, and support to business units.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivery of People and Culture strategies, initiatives, and programs;
  • Manage Employee Relations queries and Issue management;
  • Extensive IR experience combined with deep knowledge with interpreting complex Enterprise Agreements and facilitating related people processes;
  • Partner with the business on endtoend people solutions including talent development,engagement, and change management;
  • Manage employment relation queries in a large dynamic organisation; and
  • Collaborate with our external stakeholders including government and union partners.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in a generalist HR advisor role.

In addtion to this you will possess:

  • Exceptional relationship management and ability to form trusted partnerships;
  • Practical working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments;
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Experience in P&C policy interpretation, administration, and process improvement; and
  • Ability to operate within guidelines of WH&S, Privacy and Equal Opportunity Acts.
