The Company

A leading freight and logistics provider who supports the global exchange of goods, is seeking an Air Freight Coordinator to join their dynamic team.


The Role
As an Air Freight Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Retrieve and process import/export documentation and freight to ensure optimum delivery times are achieved
  • Handle import/export air phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the Import/Export Air Department.
  • Accurate data input for speedy and efficient document flow.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in the Freight Forwarding industry
  • specifically Airfreight
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and authorities
  • Excellent communication skills, highly service orientated.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
