Tetris Labour Hire specialises in the recruitment and provision of industry specific and skilled labour to clients across a range of sectors with a focus on Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics Industries.

Our client specialises in procedure packs and medical consumables for both the private and public hospital market.

Our client's mission is to build and sustain a safe and encouraging environment, where people are trusted, challenged, rewarded, and recognised.

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Operator to be a part of the team, working within the pharmaceutical industry.

SHIFT ON OFFER:
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

Must have experience within the pharmaceutical industry and familiar working with medical devices and components.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication, and collaboration abilities
Great problemsolving and analytical skills
Provide excellent customer service and have proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Customer Service experience in Pharmaceutical
High emotional maturity, and ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
ERP order processing experience is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail
Clear and concise communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to problem solve and implement changes.
