Job role:
Senami Counselling and Psychotherapy Services has recently implemented a CRM system called Penelope.

We are seeking an IT and Admin assistant to continue with the implementation of the CRM and support staff to implement and improve the system.

Working with our clinical team, you will be responsible for assisting with maintenance of the cloud computing environment, entering data on to the CRM software and liaise with the software designers to customize the CRM software to our company needs.

Furthermore, you must have a strong content creative skill, able to work independently while liaising with other stakeholders to ensure technical IT issues are resolved as soon as possible.

You must also be flexible to take on tasks and work with our clinical team to resolve IT and administrative challenges.


  • Prior experience with Penelope CRM or other cloudbased CRM software is desirable for this role
*Prior experience with designing website and other content creative skills is essential

*Prior experience managing on line social media is essential


Job duties:


  • Provide support and troubleshoot errors for the company's printers, computers, phones and related equipment as well as contribute to developing programs that will increase rostering efficiency.
  • Provide regular training and support to all employees on the usage of electronic software and hardware as required.
  • Support with fortnightly rostering and maintain adequate staff rostering during work hours.
  • Implement an efficient rostering system that meets the requirements of the company.
  • Update and assign support service requests by providing clients with appropriate responses essential in implementing the CRM software.
  • Review existing IT systems and internal processes. Work in collaboration with Management to understand the company's IT objectives and provide advice to support new systems inline with the organization's needs.
  • Answer all staff rosters enabling a balance between optimizing staffing efficiency and maximizing staff satisfaction on a fortnightly basis.
  • Answer all inbound queries in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Ensure ongoing social media content for the company
  • Assist in marketing efforts by creating flyers, brochures, promoting our services in a positive manner and attending expositions or networking events with other staff members.
  • Liaise with clients and employees acting as the first point of contact in the office.
  • Perform other administrative duties when assigned necessary.

Mandatory knowledge and skills:


  • 2+ year in an IT position
  • Knowledge of Penelope software or other cloudbased CRM essential
  • IT knowledge and skills with CRM software particularly Penelope
  • Strong content creative skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Ability to take initiative and control of tasks
  • Desire to work in IT and administration
  • Interest in the disability services and mental health sector
  • Valid Working with children, NDIS and DCSI checks
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy with common Microsoft platforms
  • Ability to follow instructions and actively participate in team discussions
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor and/or Master in a relevant field (IT, Data Management and Administration)
