About the role


The assistant disability residential services manager will be responsible for providing supervision, guidance and coordinating the day-to-day operations of residential facilities, delivering high quality person-centred care and services to clients.

You will work closely with Registered Nurse, Team Leaders, Support Workers and clients living with disability and/or mental health diagnoses.


Your strong clinical knowledge, ability to document and report concerns in an efficient and timely manner as well as your experience in the disability and NDIS sector will help you succeed in this role.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the on-going development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan and mentor team leaders.


About you
You have a strong background and knowledge of the disability and NDIS industry. Your networking skills are impeccable. You have experience in a managerial role with a proven track record in delivering results and developing your team.


Relevant tertiary qualifications, valid working rights, access to own reliable vehicle, high level of written and verbal communication and excellent triage skills are required.
