The role


The Business Resilience Leader is responsible for delivering the organisation's risk management, business continuity, insurance management, emergency management and security management functions with a focus on influencing policy and procedures, providing high level customer service, ensuring industry best practice and compliance with relevant legislation.


The incumbent will engage with internal and external stakeholders, implement improvement projects, and facilitate the provision of strategic advice and information to assist our Executive team.


What you'll bring

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and implementing risk, emergency management and insurance frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate with influence across an organisation.
  • Ability to lead and provide guidance to a small team.
