    International Program & Safeguarding Coordinator

    ADRA Australia is seeking a qualified and experienced Programs Coordinator who is passionate and knowledgeable about the development sector and who will make a real contribution to our International Programs team.

    The Programs Coordinator will work within the International Programs team with responsibility for managing international development projects and associated partnerships, and for coordinating the Safeguarding program across the international programs.

    They will be an integral part of the team but will work autonomously and efficiently to ensure that projects are operating effectively and within budget by supporting partners to ensure appropriate development and relief practices succeed and archive the desired objectives.

    Ultimately, they should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results for the International Programs team and the organisation.

    ADRA Australia is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team and to provide support in the financial record maintenance, assist with financial reporting and supporting compliance activities as required by ADRA's policies and procedures.

    As an Assistant Accountant, your primary responsibility is assisting with the maintenance of financial records for the organisation.

    This includes accurately recording financial transactions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

    You will also support the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
    This involves assisting with the compilation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    You may also be involved in analysing financial data and preparing variance reports to help management make informed decisions about the organisation's financial performance.

    ADRA Australia is seeking a Fundraising Campaigns Officer for a one-year contract position to cover maternity leave, to join our Supporter Engagement team.

    As the Fundraising Campaigns Officer at ADRA Australia, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising campaigns and appeals, ranging from the End of Financial Year Appeal to Regular Giving appeals and the ADRA Appeal.

    Under the guidance of the Senior Fundraising Manager and Supporter Engagement Director, you will coordinate and implement each campaign, ensuring that our messaging resonates with supporters and inspires action.

    By executing our fundraising campaigns within timelines and to a high quality, you play a crucial part in nurturing a culture of philanthropy within our community of supporters.

    In addition to your campaign management duties, you will contribute to the strategic planning and development of fundraising activities.

    Supporter Care and Regular Giving Officer

    ADRA Australia is seeking a Supporter Care and Regular Giving Officer to join our Supporter Engagement team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships between ADRA and its supporters, and helping to grow supporter engagement, retention and revenue, particularly in the areas of new supporters, regular giving and mid-value supporters.

    You will be part of a motivated, experienced, and fun team that is focused on relationships with our supporters and looking for ways to grow supporter engagement, retention and revenue.

    engagement touchpoints.

    ADRA Australia is seeking a qualified and experienced Emergency Management (EM) Director to join our senior management team.

    As the Emergency Management Director, you will provide direction and oversight of the Emergency Management operations of ADRA Australia, drive EM strategy, develop in-house and partner country office EM staff capacity, and ensure EM best practice is implemented and efficiently measured.

    The Emergency Management Director will also be tasked to grow the Emergency Management program internationally and in Australia.

    Relationships Manager – Major Gifts & Bequests

    The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Australia is seeking an experienced Relationships Manager who is passionate about developing and nurturing relationships to have maximum impact towards our purpose to serve humanity so all may live as God intended.

    The Relationships Manager will work within the Supporter Engagement team and is responsible for identifying and delivering a pipeline of major donors ($5k+) and nurturing existing supporters to maximise retention and donations.

    They are also accountable for maintaining relationships with current bequest individuals and growing the program.

    This role will be an integral part of the team and will work autonomously and efficiently to ensure that they contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results for the Supporter Engagement team and the organisation.

    ADRA Australia is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager who will enjoy the opportunity to use their superior organisational and people skills to provide local oversight and direction of ADRA Australia's activities in South Queensland as a part of both the ADRA Australia team and the Adventist Church Conferences teams.

    Full-time – One year maximum term contract

    We are seeking a passionate, organised, and confident person with proven interpersonal skills to join our team as the Project Facilitator for our National Programs Department.

    The successful individual will have experience in planning, researching, presenting, relating well to people of various ages and backgrounds.

    Reporting to the National Programs Director, this role consists of two main areas of developing a National ADRA Representative program and supporting church mobilisation in NSW.

    As the Project Facilitator you will work with a number of stakeholders including Adventist Churches, programs personnel, volunteers, beneficiaries etc.

    You will work efficiently, accurately, professionally and in a timely manner to provide a best-in-class support to the National Programs Director and the National Programs team.
